eTicket Leser is a simple app to read the information on a German transport ticket. This is achieved by scanning a QR code that is present on the ticket. The information that is displayed on the screen can be used to gain access to various ticket services of the Verkehrsverbünde (VDV).
The app is compatible with the eTickets of the VDD, VDV, VDA, and VDB in NRW. In addition, it is compatible with eTickets from other transport associations.
If you have more than one transport association, you can scan more than one QR code and access the services of each of them. The app will then display the information that is present on each ticket.
